Resources
Here are some resources to assist parents as you prepare for your child's first year at school:
Readiness Checklist
Please click here for QHEPS Checklist. Please note that this checklist is a guide and may help you to determine areas in which your child might need additional practice before school begins. Children are not expected to be masters of everything on the list.
Best Start
The Best Start Kindergarten Assessment is a state-wide assessment that helps teachers identify the English literacy and numeracy skills of each student at the beginning of Kindergarten.
